I want to add something new to the site. I want to answer your questions as they pertain to you. I feel like this is a great way for me to get to know my readers a bit better and to make sure I’m answering some questions or going over topics that you most want to hear. The other benefits? Other readers may have the same question but never thought to ask and it may not be something I would have addressed in a single post. I may pick multiple questions to answer depending on the number I receive. Or, if I see a question that I feel deserves its own post, I may answer it briefly and then write a more thorough post later.
So, here’s what I want you to do: if you have any question on anything exercise, fitness, health, nutrition, rehab, etc., shoot me an email to [email protected] or find me on Instagram @kjhealthyway and send me a DM. I’ll let them accumulate and plan to start this new series next Friday, June 30.
